Unfortunately we are creating this Go Fund Me as a result of my younger brother being murdered down in South Carolina.

As most of you know by now Dave was lured to South Carolina with the promise of making money by a woman who claimed to be an entrepreneur, but upon arrival he quickly figured out it was all a set up. After being taken for his money, he was dropped off at trap house where his phone was also stolen. In the time leading up to his disappearance there was an altercation with his barbering equipment being stolen as well. When Dave confronted the individual(s) he thought took his belongings, he was met with violence and a gun was pulled. Later that same day he vanished without a trace. His belongings remained where he left them but there was no sign of David. Four agonizing weeks later his body was discovered about a block from where he was last known to be and it was confirmed he had been a victim of a homicide.

We are starting the process of bringing Dave home which is complicated by the fact we are so far away. We will need to not only travel to South Carolina to get Dave but also meet with investigators as we try to get justice for him and seek answers to what exactly happened during his short stay in SC. Once home we will be making arrangements for a memorial service and burial as well. David had a kind heart and the biggest personality. He was loved by all those who knew him and friendly to those who didn’t. What has happened is heart breaking and any donations are greatly appreciated and will help our family honor Dave and get him the justice he deserves.
