On behalf of our beloved Auntie Beth and cousin Melissa Domingo’s grieving family, I have been asked by Anthony Domingo to start this GoFundMe campaign for his mom and sister.
Tragically, the Domingo family has endured an unimaginable loss. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, Melissa Cui Domingo, 41, and her mother, Elizabeth Cui Domingo, 79, were both fatally shot in what authorities have described as a domestic-related double homicide. The incident occurred during a custody exchange involving Melissa’s 5-year-old son, Michael, who witnessed the tragedy but was physically unharmed.
Michael is now under the care of the Department of Family and Children Services, as the family works through the devastating aftermath of this heartbreaking event. The pain of losing both a beloved mother and daughter in such a sudden and violent manner is beyond words.
This fundraiser aims to help ease the heavy financial burden of:
- Transporting their remains back home to Maryland
- Covering funeral and burial expenses
- Providing immediate care and support for 5-year-old Michael, Melissa’s young son.
All contributions—regardless of the amount—will be transferred directly to Mr. Anthony Domingo via bank transfer and will provide meaningful support during this time of immense hardship.

Melissa was a devoted mother, daughter, and sister to her two brothers, Tony and David. Our beloved Auntie Beth was a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, a cherished sister and aunt, and a loyal friend to many. She was a constant and comforting presence in all of our lives. Her memory—along with Melissa’s—will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved them.
