Help us beat Meningioma

I’m starting this GoFundMe for my dear friend Francine. I have known Francine for over 20 years and I’m the godmother of her children. She always puts others first and will always be there to lend a helping hand or a kind word to the people she cares for. She is now the one that needs our help. She was recently diagnosed with Meningioma - a brain tumor. Stereotactic Radiosurgery is the treatment that is being recommended. Right now the tumor she has is considered to be Stage 1. She has been having some symptoms; pain, nausea, dizziness and some numbness. Without the surgery the tumor will grow and symptoms will become worse and treatment more difficult and invasive. Fortunately, the majority of these tumors are benign and hopefully this treatment will be successful. Francine has been a single mom for several years and has worked very hard to build a business that not only provides for her and her boys but, helps the community too. As a small business owner she doesn’t have private insurance so the cost of this treatment is just out of her reach. The donations made will help Francine pay for the costs associated with her surgery and give her peace of mind knowing that she can actually have the treatment needed. Everyone who knows Francine knows her as kind, generous and loyal. She has always strived to make people feel as if they matter. Her life has been dedicated to her children, her friends and her community. Now it’s time to let her community care for her.
