Hi, I’m Gabrielle, owner of The Northern Star Bakery!
For the last 4 years, I’ve poured my heart into building this bakery from my home kitchen and shared kitchen space, creating custom cakes, cookies, and desserts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, late-night cravings, and everything in between.

Why We’re Raising Funds
We’ve officially outgrown our home kitchen and shared spaces. It’s time to give The Northern Star Bakery a place to call home, a storefront where we can grow, serve more people, and invite our community to gather.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to help us:
Put a down payment on our first bakery building
️ Renovate and make it OURS (think cozy café vibes + dessert heaven)
Serve fresh desserts daily, no more wondering if we’re available that week!
Host cake classes and community events
Launch healthy breakfast & lunch options right alongside our sweets

We’ve already started by planning The Cake Exchange, a community cake tasting event happening August 30th at the Minnesota Discovery Center. But as fun (and delicious) as that’ll be, it only covers part of the cost.
