On September 3, 2019, around 6am, my mom got stopped by Norcross police for having an expired license plate and for unsafe lane change. She also got charged for driving without a license. An ICE hold has also been placed on her.
On September 6, 2019, she got transferred from Gwinnett County Jail to Irwin Detention Center. The bail has been set to $12,000. We want to be able to bail her out on Monday, if possible.
