My mom died at the end of April, 2 months shy of her and Dad's 60th wedding anniversary. Dad's youngest sister, his step-niece, and one of my best friends (who my family "adopted" like a sister in junior high) all died at the end of May/beginning of June. We are all heartbroken right now and also out of money to travel to yet another funeral this month.

Please help Dad and I get to his sister's funeral on the other side of the country. Flights from San Diego to Tennessee are around $1000+ each. Then there's renting a car to get to the small town 2ish hours away from Nashville airport, staying a couple of nights, and food.

We can't drive there and back because he's 84 and disabled, and I just can't do all that driving.

All money donated will go to the travel expenses for getting the two of us to my aunt's funeral. Anything over our goal will go to paying down bills for Mom's funeral.
