Hello, this is Gary Tribble. 

I have a medical condition , (multiple sclerosis related), chronic pain, tremors and total body numbness and have been unable to work due to my health condition for the last two months.

The doctor visits and our monthly bills since my health has declined have made it impossible for my family and I to make it financially are we are in need of help.

I still need to get an MRI and a spinal in order to get a definitive diagnosis in order to qualify for SSI or disability.

I have filed for disability but it will take at least 3 months before I am qualified to receive it once they have all the pertinent information.
