Hey everyone, my family and I will love it if we can ask for some assistance. I recently had to receive brain surgery to preserve as much of my vision that we can. I was diagnosed with Pseudo-tumor Cerebri, which makes my brain think I have a tumor but, I do not. In place I had excess CSF in my brain which caused damage to my right optical nerve which caused me to lose my right peripheral vision. While, I qualify for FMLA and Short-Term Disability through my employer that doesn’t kick in or even help until at least September. Leaving August in limbo. It’s hard to ask for help especially when you’re such a strong person until you can’t be strong anymore. We’re just asking for help with some of our important bills for the time being. Any little bit helps.
