Hi, we are Belinda Ceja and Oliva D'Aversa-Herbert, and we are in our second year of Cosmetology at Southern Westchester BOCES. We are the Vice President and Photographer/Social media manager of SWBOCES's SkillsUSA NY Chapter. SkillsUSA is a National Organization that has prepared us for the workforce by showing us work ethic, time managment, discipline, and so much more. We are competing in the Cosmetology Quiz Bowl in Syracuse, NY. This will sharpen our skills in Cosmetology. We are aiming for a first place medal, last year our Cosmetology Quiz Bowl team won first place. This money will go towards the transportation, hotel, food costs and other expenses. This is our last opportunity to participate in winning a gold medal and the final year we will be apart of SKILLS USA because we are graduating in June!
