I am starting this fundraiser for myself, Ursula, as I prepare for foot surgery in January 2027. I have a collapsed foot, and the pain has made everyday life and work very difficult. As a self-employed hair stylist, being on my feet is how I earn my income. This surgery is something I truly need, but it comes with a 12-week recovery, and during that time I will be unable to stand or work. That means I will have no way to bring in income while I heal, even though my regular bills and business expenses will continue. I am also a single dog mom doing this on my own, which makes this season even more overwhelming. This surgery does not just affect my foot. It affects my ability to do my job, support my clients, and provide for myself.

The funds from this fundraiser will help me cover my essential living and business expenses during recovery, including my apartment rent, the suite I rent for my business, my car payment, car insurance, food, cell phone bill, dog food, and other necessary expenses.
