Help Urna stay at SW Adventist University!

Hi! My name is Jaleigh Garmon and I am starting this GoFundMe for my friend Urna Uuganbayar. She is an international student from Mongolia at Southwestern Adventist University! She is a sophomore Communication major with a minor in Psychology and is dedicated to school, campus ministries, her friends, and most importantly to God. Urna has a single mom living in Mongolia who works for missions in the Health Department of the church in Mongolia. She is unable to help Urna with school bills but still supports her in every way she can.

Urna is the kindest, most generous and God-fearing person I know. Everyone she comes in contact with sees God through her character. God brought her to Texas with $150 in her pocket and no family, but even though she can’t work outside of school or take out loans, Urna has worked tirelessly through the summer and during the school year to pay for her education here at SWAU.

Because of the limited amount of time and places she can work, she finds herself in need of $11,000. By this Friday, September 3, 2021, Urna must come up with $5,000 in order to stay here at SWAU and in the country. If she reaches $5,000 by this Friday, she will then need to come up with $6,000 by next Friday, September 10, 2021.

This is a big ask, but Urna serves a God that will move mountains, and I know that God has a plan for my friend on this campus and He will provide a way for her to stay. He has done many miracles in her life, and I’m asking you to be a part of this one! Please help her receive an SDA education and give her the privilege to remain at Southwestern Adventist University!
