Help! Uppercut Barbershop Needs a New Space

Dear friends, family and valued customers,

We love you so much. As you may have heard by now, the Cumberland Hotel, where Uppercut Barbershop is located, will not survive the pandemic and is being sold to a developer. It’s been a hard year for so many of us already, and especially those with small businesses. The Hotel is slated to be torn down and rebuilt, and we need to find a new space for Uppercut Barbershop once again. Commercial spaces are nearly non-existent in Cumberland so we are hoping to build a shop on our property. This will be the 6th move our business has been forced into in the past 6 years, and this time we are asking for financial help.

Along with many others we had to close the shop earlier this year during lockdown, which brought financial strain. We are humbly hoping to raise some funds to help us build a new, more permanent space. We are so thankful for the ways you have all helped us through many difficult times already and we value our relationships with you. We are hopeful for a more stable future for our business and our family. Please share and pass this along to anyone who might be interested. Thanks so much.

With much love and gratitude,

Jonny, Erin, Wyatt and Pippa
