Help Save Unwanted Cats from a Cat Colony
Donation protected
The photos are of several unwanted cats needing rescuing and rehoming from a cat colony.
Since I am a new rescue startup, depending solely on donations, I do not have the funds to vet these cats. I am not a shelter and do not have the space to take them in. They need a minimum of spaying/neutering to stay where they are at their owner's home so that they stop reproducing while looking for a new home. In order for me to rescue these cats, I need donations to cover minimum vetting costs (neutering/spaying, rabies shots, fecal testing, deworming, ear mite treatment, initial flea treatment per cat). As soon as I get enough donations to fully vet one cat, I can rescue it, arrange vetting services, and send it to a foster home while looking for a permanent home. I will update this photo if there are any changes.
Trailer Katz Rescue, Inc. is a privately owned and operated cat rescue in East Texas. We are in the new startup phase, have no staff, and are not open to the public. Our mission is to rescue and rehome kitties, specifically focusing on kittens. We are registered as a nonprofit in Texas and are working on a 501(c)(3) IRS tax exemption. We are not state or federally funded and rely solely on donations. Since we are a new startup, we are covering costs out of our own pockets to save these kitties' lives. Donations are greatly needed. Every penny of donations goes toward rescue expenses, as we are volunteer-based.
