Hi, My name is Uneskia Ann Ward. I am sixty-three years old. Last year, at the mayo clinic in Jacksonville, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. In May of this year, I was admitted to the Emergency room with extreme pain. It was determined by the doctors, that immediate action needed to be taken to mitigate against the migration of cancer cells to the rest of the body. Preliminary estimates by both the mayo clinic are more than two hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars {$275.000+}. Radiation and chemotherapy not including miscellaneous fees and follow up visits. The oncology division also indicated the possible use of newly approved drug, will cost an additional two hundred thousand dollars [$200.000} I am currently at the Mayo clinic Hospital.

I, have a desire to live longer in this body to perform the good will that life has afforded me. More opportunity to enjoy my children and grandchildren, guiding the younger women to avoid the pitfalls of ignorance and give according to the desire of the charity of the contributors to this fund, to whom I am exceedingly grateful.
