Help Unemployed Trans Woman With Rent, Bills, & Burgers

Hi! My name is KT. In mid-July, I lost my job and found myself in one of the most difficult job markets in recent history, with job seekers outnumbering job opportunities. Along with my job, I lost my health insurance. I take several medications, and losing my insurance has only added expenses at a time when I do not have money to spare. I have turned to gig work to make ends meet, but in my first two months, I have been ill twice--once with Covid and once with a sinus and ear infection. When paired with my pre-existing fatigue issues, these sicknesses have kept me from being able to make money. Additionally, in this time, I have been dealing with a rodent problem in my studio apartment, which has interfered with my ability to rest and recover.
