Support our dedicated brother in his battle against Cancer

Brother Gordon Cardoza (49 yrs) has been a faithful servant of Jehovah since his early teens. Over the 30+ years, serving the congregation in different capacities, including as a Regular Pioneer for a few years. Alongside his family, he maintains a zealous share in the field ministry, setting a commendable example of whole-souled service.

Known for his kind and supportive nature, he is always ready to lend a helping hand—often at a moment’s notice—truly living up to the words of Proverbs 17:17: 'A true friend shows love at all times and is a brother who is born for times of distress.'

Recently, our lives were turned upside down when he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He underwent surgery, and we were hopeful when doctors believed they had successfully removed the cancer. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived.

Not long after the operation, he began experiencing complications. When he went back for a follow-up, we received devastating news: the cancer had returned—and this time, it was more aggressive than before.

Right now, the medical care available to him in Jamaica is limited, and we’re deeply concerned that he’s not getting the advanced treatment and second opinions that could make all the difference. This young, vibrant, and loving brother has so much more to offer. Right now, he needs our help.
