Please help our "fun" Uncle Tuffer recover from the Palisades Fire! Our Uncle Tuffer has been a lifeguard for the Los Angeles County Fire Department for over 20 years. As the fire broke out, Uncle Tuffer helped the people in his community evacuate (including his landlord) for several hours before checking on his parents' home of 42 years (which was also lost) and the neighborhood he grew up in Malibu. As the fire approached, Tuffer and another LA County lifeguard tirelessly fought to save his family's house and the apartment in which he lived 2 miles away for 5 hours until they finally gave up. (They ran out of water!)

Uncle Tuffer lost everything he owned and was unable to obtain renters insurance for his apartment. Please help us get Uncle Tuffer back on his feet!

The funds will be used to replace the contents of his apartment and cover living expenses during his displacement.
