My 77-year-old uncle, Ron Carney, recently experienced a life-changing tragedy. His home was destroyed in a devastating fire, leaving him with nothing but the clothes on his back. While he thankfully escaped with only minor burns and has been released from the hospital, the fire took everything else—his belongings, memories, and sense of security.

He is now facing the daunting challenge of starting over from scratch at a time in life when most people are enjoying the comforts of retirement. We are asking for your help to assist him in rebuilding his life and meeting his immediate and ongoing needs.
