As some of you have heard or are just finding out our Husband/Son/Uncle/Brother Jake was in a traumatic automobile accident on his way to work on the US 60 Freeway.  A vehicle hauling furniture lost a mattress, resulting in a 4 car collision. Jake’s car was totaled. We are deepy grateful for the miracle that he is still with us!  He suffers from seven fractures through out his body in his neck, back, sternum and right foot! The most devastating and excruciating injury is the damage to his hips that required two extensive surgeries, and demands that he does not bear any weight for a minimum of 3 months.  He is currently still in the hospital and is wheelchair bound, consequently unable to work for an extended period of time.  We have set up a gofundme to financially assist him and his family during this time as they will be without an income and to help cover the cost of his necessary therapies that will unlikely be covered by insurance. Thank you all for your love, support, prayers and concern. Jake will no doubt continue to need all of our encouragement to endure the difficult and painful days ahead!
