Aloha,

I’m making this GoFundMe to help raise funds for uncle Dennis and aunty Nalani Meyer to help them get back on their feet. They lived in Otake camp for the past 32 years and are rooted in the Waialua community. Unfortunately the Kona low storm flooding has caused them to lose EVERYTHING!!!

They are currently displaced because their home was picked up by the rushing waters and is completely unlivable. Uncle Dennis and aunty Nalani are retired and this tragedy is a big financial adjustment for them. They are currently looking for housing which will be a lot more expensive than they are used to. They will need to replace all living necessities, vehicles and all in home necessities once they find a place. They are starting from scratch!

Although they are being very humble and not asking for anything, I’m doing this on behalf of the Meyer Ohana to help get them back on their feet. Anything you can give will help and is greatly appreciated.
