Hello, my name is Uma.
I have a rare genetic mutation called TUBB3 that affects my brain, eyes, vocal cords and muscles.
I have a lot of health complications, that is why i have a trach (to breath), a g-tube (for feedings), AFOs (to help my feet to grow better) and that makes me a COMPLEX CARE PATIENT.
As I grow, my treatments and therapies are getting more expensive and my parents often need to pay out pocket costs, however as a family of five, it has become very challenging to continue to afford.
We do not want to delay my progress due to economic restrictions, which is why we need your support!
