My name is Um Nada, and I am reaching out to you from Gaza with a desperate plea for my family's survival.

We are a family, including myself and our four precious children who wake up hungry every day. Before this crisis, we lived a normal life. We worked, our children went to school, and we had dreams for their future. Now, those dreams feel like distant memories.

Our daily reality means:

No safe shelter: We've been displaced multiple times, moving from place to place as danger follows us

Severe food shortage: Our children ask for food we cannot provide. The little we find costs 10 times more than before

No clean water: We struggle to find safe drinking water for our family

Medical needs: Basic medications and healthcare are nearly impossible to access

Children's trauma: Our children have witnessed things no child should ever see
