Aloha,
My name is Victoria Ulima and I’m the daughter of Tamara Mo'o Ulima-Soliai. I established this GoFundMe for our Mo'o Ulima-Soliai Ohana. On Friday, 3/20/26, we were affected by the Kona low storm flooding in Laie, Oahu.
Unfortunately, our multigenerational home experienced major damage to the wooden subfloor/foundation, flooring, house side wall, roofing, doors, drywall, and kitchen cabinets.
We lost food, baby essentials, toys, clothing, footwear, appliances, furniture, mattresses, bedding, and keepsakes.
We fear of being displaced, so we’re currently living in our highly dysfunctional home, which is partially demolished, including our kitchen. Our current living situation is a safety hazard. Further demolition and repairs will cause health concerns from mold and asbestos, which we’ll need to relocate for.
We’re raising funds towards immediate living needs and major home repairs to make our home safe again.
We truly understand if you’re unable to give; please consider sharing. All efforts and donations are humbly appreciated.
I’ll be updating this post as we make progress.
Mahalo me ke aloha,
Mo'o Ulima-Soliai Ohana
