Help Ukrainian Teenagers studying at Ternopyl college
Donation protected
Hi, My name is Luba Brown
I’ll be travelling to Ukraine in early October along with Ian Cioch, Mandy Cioch , Enzo Luckow & Matt Robinson. The trip is totally self funded and none of the money raised will in any way be spent on any expenses occured by ourselves, The full amount will be donated to the College.
We are organising a week of activities for Ukrainian teenagers who are studying at Ternopyl College .
We’ll be working alongside the college staff
We would like to help 30 Ukrainian orphans aged between 14-18yrs to stay as safe and as well educated as possible again this winter. They live and study in Ternopyl, Western Ukraine but have come to that city from many different regions of Ukraine. They have faced many adversities. Some have been orphaned recently by the war, all of them have suffered hardship because of the war. They are all dedicated students and are training to become plasterers, builders, teachers, sportsmen and women, hairdressers, nurses or car mechanics. Of course many of them already support their country in their spare time by making up food parcels for frontline soldiers and for people who have lost their homes and loved ones. We would like to support the college infrastructure by buying items & equipment desperately needed by Ternopyl College to support these students & students in the future reach their potential.
We will buy these items in Ukraine when we arrive there in October so that we are supporting the local economy. We will be working alongside the teenagers, inspiring them to practise their spoken English, building their self-confidence and showing them that the people of the United Kingdom support them and wish them peace and success in the very near future. Please donate if you can. Every amount, however small or large will improve the lives of these brave, hard-working young people. They are the future of Ukraine. Thank you.
