Help Ukrainian Ballet Instructor Come To NH
Donation protected
Hi, my name is S. Catherine Steward. I am the founder/owner of a ballet training academy in New Hampshire. Amidst the war between Russia and Ukraine, I’ve been in contact with a former principle ballet dancer from Kiev, Konstantin “Kostya”Zubach.
Ukraine conditions are worsening as the winter months progress. With daily attacks on the city, power/utility outages and overall shortage of essential living necessities, we have invited Kostya to help train our students here in America.
My academy focuses heavily on the Vagonava ballet technique. Though we work with the written syllabus, there is nothing more accurate than being taught by a true Vaganova trained dancer.
The funds will be used to cover his work Visa, travel expenses and room & board cost. Given Ukraine’s current military law, he must commute back to Ukraine regularly to serve for the country, and help with war efforts. Meaning, his time will be divided between the US and Ukraine as required.
We appreciate any help we can get. From those who are only able to donate $1, to those that donate all the way to $1000 or more, you are not only helping a Ukrainian currently stuck in a war zone, but a small business as well! Thank you so much for your time and consideration, please share to help spread the word!
