UK Lions are proud to represent UK Butchery and want to inspire the next generation of butchers and consumers to back British farming and share our field to fork ethos with the UK.

Donations will be used to help the whole squad and the final team with their journey to the World Butchers Challenge in Paris 2025, help is needed with the costs for materials, travel and accommodation for both training and competing.
The Squad is a group of incredibly talented butchers from apprentice to master butcher level. These passionate people are helping fly the flag for our country and trade but to compete at the highest level we need your help.
In 2025 a final team will be chosen from the squad, and they will go to Paris to compete, when you donate here you support the whole squad and the final team members.
The world butchers challenge itself is split into 3 competitions, 1 for Apprentice butchers where we have 2 entries, 1 for young butchers where again we have 2 spots and finally the main competition where 6 butchers from across the UK battle it out against the rest of the world to see which country will be crowned champions.
