Help Uhtred Recover and Return Home

My name is Maddy, and I recently adopted a second dog from @muttscouts named Larry David. I started with fostering Larry David and brought him to my office where he kept his tail between his legs and was hesitant around everyone including my other dog, Kekoa. He was just the sweetest looking little boy, that after a week, I decided I wanted to adopt him and make him part of the family. But the day that I signed the official paperwork from Muttscouts I noticed he started coughing a lot and breathing heavy.

We’ve been to 4 emergency rooms since August 3rd. What I’ve learned is that Uhtred is anemic, has fluid in his lungs and around his heart, struggles with dehydration and kidney levels, has a small dent on his right eye, and now has pneumonia. He’s had to be on oxygen, been hospitalized for more than 4 days, and been getting lots of fluids. The PCR test came back positive for distemper, which can cause neurological issues. So, now we’re going to try another treatment on top of the antibiotics he’s already taking. I just want him to be healthy and come home, but the bills have been adding up to over $12,000. I took out a loan to help cover it, but it’s definitely hard times right now. I’d appreciate any help to pay for his hospitalization and medications. I love Uhtred so much, with his calm nature.
