Help Tzippy Get Bottom Surgery

Hi there! My name is Tzippy Horowitz, and I'm working as hard as I'm able to get prepared for bottom surgery! It's been a long process; I first got on the waiting list for a date in September of 2021. I finally had a date on August 1st, but was not able to finish all of the requirements in time.

I'm closer than I've ever been. I am more stable and surrounded with community than I have been since this process started, but finishing everything still feels almost out of reach. Between the costs of hair removal, hospital bills (even with good insurance), and other medical care needed to prepare and recover, even working the best job I've ever had has left me paycheck to paycheck or borrowing money to get by.

I want to be able to go through with this and live my life with a body I'm happy with, and to focus on the work that I do as a climate organizer to fight for adaptation to extreme weather and a just transition away from fossil fuels.

However this process has been overwhelming, especially recently. While it has never been easy, I'm going to ask for community help to get through this next stretch without going into debt or worrying if I'll be able to make my bills if I don't cancel electrolysis.
