Hi, my name is Carissa and I am here to raise funds on behalf of my long time friend and musical sister, Tanika West-Odlum, and her family. Tanika and her husband Ray have 4 amazing boys; Kelal, Tyson, Kelly and newest baby boy Theodore. They are an amazing family, one I love dearly that I know would do the same for me and mine in such a trying time. Tyson has faced many medical challenges in his life and his hardest battle has come to fight this past weekend.

"Our Son Tyson unfortunately suffered a Major Stroke on Saturday. I wish I could say he is doing fine, but he’s not. As a parent watching your child fight for his life and not being able to do anything to help, is one of the most dreadful and desolate feelings you can ever feel. He has the best staff, best doctors and God working to get him better. I’m staring at him now and every fiber in my body is hoping he just gets up and shake it off, but I got to be real about the situation. With the recent passing of my aunt Ila, which my family is still grieving for. And this unfortunate situation , we can’t catch a break… I will not lose my Son…."

I have created this account to give them one place to manage all donations, as I do not want them to have the added stresses of managing multiple locations.
