My name is Yuliia, and I am the mother of a 4-year-old boy named Tymofii. I’m from Ukraine.

When my son was only 5 months old, the war broke out in our country. We had to flee our home, leaving everything behind just to survive. We hoped to start a peaceful life — but then something even more devastating happened.

In July 2025, Tymofii was diagnosed with stage 3 neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. Genetic testing revealed a MYCN amplification, a high-risk mutation that causes the disease to spread quickly and resist treatment.

This diagnosis turned our lives upside down. Since then, we’ve been in hospitals, undergoing scans, biopsies, and endless fear. We came to the United States in hopes of giving our son a chance to live.

Tymofii is fighting bravely, but he is exhausted. Every day matters. Your support gives us strength and hope.
