My son, Tyler, has always been a hardworking and dedicated truck driver, spending long days and nights on the road to build a stable future. Through it all, he’s never been alone—his loyal dog, Whiskey, has been right by his side. From long, quiet nights in the cab to endless miles on the highway, Whiskey has been his constant companion, bringing comfort and a sense of home no matter where the road took them. Whiskey is more than just a pet—she’s family. She’s been there through the lonely stretches and stressful days, always by Tyler’s side. The bond they share is built on time, trust, and unconditional companionship. Recently, Tyler made an important and responsible career change, switching from long-haul routes to a local driving position so he can build a more stable life closer to home. However, this change came with an unexpected challenge: he can no longer bring Whiskey with him during the day. Unfortunately, due to my own work schedule and health situation, I’m unable to care for Whiskey while he’s at work. Leaving Whiskey alone for long hours isn’t an option, and giving her up is simply not something Tyler would ever consider—she’s family. To make sure Whiskey is safe and cared for while he’s at work, doggy daycare is the best solution. Unfortunately, the cost is high, and during this transition, it’s become a real financial strain. We’re asking for help to cover daycare costs while Tyler gets fully on his feet in his new position.
