Help Tyler Tillman Fight a Brain Tumor

My name is Ashley and I am creating this GoFundMe for my lifelong friend, Michele Specht Tillman and her son Tyler.

Tyler Tillman is a strong, kind-hearted 15-year-old who should have been starting is sophomore year at D’Iberville High School. Instead, he and his mother are facing a terrifying battle no family should ever have to endure.

Tyler was recently diagnosed with a tumor on his brain stem — one of the most delicate and critical areas of the brain. He is scheduled to undergo major brain surgery this coming Monday.

This sudden and life-threatening diagnosis has turned everything upside down for his mother, Michele, who is not only his sole caregiver — she is his entire world, as he is hers.

Now, she will have to put her life and job on hold to care for Tyler through surgery and a long, uncertain recovery. With no paid leave and mounting expenses, the emotional and financial toll is overwhelming.
