Help Tyler survive long COVID
Donation protected
Tyler Cohen Wood has been a close friend for 20 years. She is dealing with extreme medical conditions that include long COVID, and her symptoms are currently exacerbated since her spouse filed for divorce.
According to the CDC, nearly one in five American adults who have had COVID-19 suffer from what is known as “Long COVID.” Long COVID is said to be similar to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, with many people experiencing fatigue, fever, trouble breathing, chest pains, palpitations, headaches, sleep problems, and stomach pain. These symptoms can all be worsened by stress and I have personally witnessed the impact stress has had on Tyler.
Tyler is receiving care and medication from specialists at Johns Hopkins, but over the past month, her health has been declining. To make matters worse, she is in danger of losing her medical insurance due to a sudden pending divorce initiated by her spouse.
Her support animal, Axel, was also taken away by this same person.
Tyler has served her country as a government cybersecurity expert. She has helped women and girls in STEM and Cybersecurity. She has written a book on protecting children from online predators. Now she needs OUR Help.
Funds will be used to help her with medical care and legal fees.
