Help Tyler get back on his feet again -- LITERALLY

Donation protected
Hi, our names are Vivian and Suzy. Vivian is the mom to two young doggies, Luna and Tsula. Suzy is the mom to another dog, little Zoe. These pups are the reason we had the pleasure of meeting and working with a young and immensely talented dog trainer, Tyler Zappa. He is the owner and founder of JEMZK9 Dog Training. (https://jemzk9.com/training)

Tyler is only 19 years old, yet he has already started his own business, has quickly built an impressive clientele, and is the best dog trainer we’ve both ever worked with. He grew up in San Rafael surrounded by well-trained dogs and developed a deep love for animals early on. Tyler always wanted a dog of his own and began walking and helping to train the dogs of family and friends. What started as daily walks soon grew
into a passion for dog training. Over time, Tyler developed his skills and eventually started JEMZK9 Dog Training.

Fast forward to March of 2025 -- Tyler was in a horrible accident when the brakes on his e-bike failed, and he crashed while going down a steep hill. He sustained severe injuries to his leg, was hospitalized, and underwent surgery. It's been over six weeks, and he was finally able to take his first "walk" in a wheelchair last week. He is not yet able to
walk on his own.

Tyler’s accident and injuries have made it impossible for him to conduct in-person training, including assessing and onboarding new clients, all of which are core and essential parts of his work.

To his credit, he’s made himself virtually available to existing clients from day one of his accident, including sending training videos and answering training questions via text from his hospital bed. Tyler has continued this practice as he recuperates at home, which speaks to his level of dedication and commitment to his clients.

Given how much he has helped us with our dogs -- we would like to help Tyler in return as he literally learns to walk again and is once again able to sustain and grow his business and continue to serve our dog-loving community.

We are hoping to raise $15,000 to help support Tyler and his own pets through his long rehabilitation until he has regained mobility, is able to walk again, and can resume full in-person dog training activities. Anything you can do to help this incredibly bright, talented, and young dog trainer Tyler would be amazing! Thank you all!
