My name is Dionne Jackson and I'm the mom of Tyler Jackson. This is a picture of Tyler in 2018. Tyler is a first year teacher in Maryland who was just getting her career started when she became suddenly ill. She went into Sepsis, which began to shut down all of her vital organs and she was put on life support. Thankfully, she is currently off of life support. However, she suffered kidney failure and is on dialysis and a special renal diet. While in the hospital, the doctors also discovered she has Lupus. Due to this sudden illness and being a first year teacher with little paid leave, she has lost income and is now on leave without pay and will have to pay full health insurance. As a teacher myself, I am still providing for a college student and a teenager on one income, which is causing an extreme financial hardship. If you feel lead to assist me in providing for Tyler and helping her pay her bills that are accruing, medical insurance and bills that arise during this difficult time, it would be greatly appreciated.
