My boss retaliated by taking work away from me and as a mechanic, we only get paid by the work we do. I spent the last couple weeks at work being gaslighted and manipulated. This sudden loss of income has put me in a very tough spot. I am now struggling to cover basic expenses like rent, utilities, tool payments, insurance, and groceries while I search for a new job. The uncertainty and financial strain have been incredibly hard, but I am doing everything I can to get back on my feet.
