Hi there! My name is Erica and I started this Go Fund Me to help out one of my very best friends (who is more like my brother), Tyler Gwinn. He just recently celebrated his 40th birthday on January 25th and on January 27th he collapsed while at work and had to be rushed to the emergency room. His heart stopped a total of 7 times, thankfully being brought back to life each time. The cause of this is a blood clot in an artery that caused him to have a heart attack. He is currently stable but still critical and hospitalized. They are still putting a plan together on how to best proceed with his medical care at this time.

We don't know how long this road will be for our friend, son, brother, and Uncle (to Paislee). Unfortunately, he had not signed up for health insurance yet at his new job. Therefore, he is uninsured and in the hospital. We can all only imagine the weight of what that will cost and the burden it's probably putting on his mind while trying to heal. I know him nor his family would ever ask for money but these are trying times and I'm hoping we can come together and help relieve some of this worry for them. Any amount is appreciated and would mean the world to Tyler and his family.
