Hi everyone, my name is Tyler, also known as Kaizo, and I'm reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life.

I was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease after repeated hospital visits. I'm still in and out ER visits as testing shows me randomly developing abscesses throughout my body. Now, doctors are also testing me for potential colon cancer. I’ve been in and out of the hospital, undergoing procedures, managing flare-ups and medications — but it’s taken a huge toll physically and financially.

Because of my health, I haven’t been able to work, and that’s left me struggling to keep up with rent, basic living costs, and overwhelming medical expenses.
