Help Tyler Cannon Plymouth Police Officer Fight Brain Cancer
Donation protected
On June 26th, Tyler went to urgent care for a bad recurring headache. Things quickly escalated, and he was rushed to the ER. They did a CT scan and found a very large, tennis ball-sized tumor.
Tyler was taken to the University of Michigan where they did a biopsy. Unfortunately, the tumor is an astrocytoma, a very aggressive form of brain cancer.
The Cannons just welcomed their third baby only 5 weeks ago. What was supposed to be an enjoyable maternity/paternity leave has been turned upside down. He is an amazing father, husband, police officer and friend. He doesn’t deserve this and it’s so unfair.
Tyler will have an awake craniotomy next week to remove the tumor, and then he will begin treatment after that. He has a hard road ahead of him, but anyone who knows Ty knows he is going to fight hard and kick ass.
Julie and Tyler need our help! Tyler is a Plymouth Police Officer, but the nature of the surgery and treatment ahead of him means he is not able to work. Anything we can raise for them will go to medical expenses and extra childcare expenses for the kids.
Please keep this beautiful family in your prayers.
