Help Tyler and Kaycee Recover from Apartment Fire
Donation protected
Tyler and Kaycee Richardson need your help.
On March 20th, Ty and Kaycee’s lives changed forever when their apartment building caught fire. Immediately, they escaped with their infant daughter and their dog. In the following hours, fire, smoke and water destroyed the building – and with it, all of the Richardson’s possessions.
This would be enough to knock any family off their feet. But it came just mere months after the birth of their daughter, a rainbow baby. And it came amidst a worldwide pandemic that put Ty out of work while Kaycee was pregnant.
Now, Ty and Kaycee are left without a home and without possessions, on one income. Now, they face the daunting task of rebuilding their life and finding somewhere new to live.
This is where you come in. Ty and Kaycee are asking their community to help them get back on their feet. They are asking for monetary donations to help them care for their pets (including their two cats that survived the fire and were rescued by the Bellevue Fire Department – thank you firefighters!!!), replace their possessions, care for their infant daughter and – most importantly – find a new home. Most properties require many up-front costs that renter's insurance does not cover which the Richardson family may need help with among other costs.
We would be so thankful for whatever aid you can offer the Richardsons. Any amount is helpful. Let’s help this young family finally find some peace and possibly exceed their monetary needs to get a jump start on a new beginning. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to [email redacted].
