Help Tyler and Airiel Through Lily’s NICU stay

Now that things have settled down a bit I wanted to take a second to truly thank everyone for all of the prayers, love and support shown to Tyler, Airiel and Lily through this past week. It was incredibly scary and unexpected but given the circumstance they are all doing very well.

Airiel will hopefully get to go home soon, she’s getting better every day!

And little 2lb 9oz Lily is such a fighter, she is doing very well for a baby born 10 whole weeks early. She’s going to hangout in the NICU until closer to her due date but it’s okay because we get to go visit and watch her on the NICU camera (which my kids and I do about 7 times a day ) she’s so sweet and I can’t wait until she’s big and strong enough to come home too.

2nd update: Airiel is doing well, still not out of the woods, she’s still having some high blood pressures but overall she is recovering well from her surgery. The medications she is currently on are making her feel rough but she’s in great spirits!

Baby Lily already got her breathing tube removed and is on Cpap with room air! She had to get a line placed for fluids but her tiny 2lb 9oz self is doing really well. We’re not out of the woods yet so please keep praying! And as always any financial contribution is greatly appreciated as Tyler will be off to help them for a little while.

UPDATE: Airiel unfortunately got worse quicker than we hoped. She developed HELLP syndrome and was heading down hill. The doctors made the decision that they needed to deliver even sooner than we were originally told.

Their sweet girl was delivered very early this morning at just 30 weeks. PLEASE send all of your love, prayers and well wishes to Airiel and to baby girl, they have a very long road ahead of them as far as recovery goes. Please pray that they both remain stable. Airiel is very sick, and the baby is very early, this is going to be a tough few months.

I’m making this go fund me on behalf of my brother, Tyler and his wife Airiel.

They were expecting their sweet baby girl this fall but due to health complications she is going to be delivered much earlier than we thought.

This was a complete shock since they thought they had a few months left to prepare.

Airiel will now remain in the hospital until she delivers which is causing stress (the very last thing they need right now!) because she can no longer work and Tyler will also have to take off work to help care for her through delivery and then care for their daughter as well who will have a lengthy NICU stay.

They are the very last people to ever ask for help, which is why I’m doing it for them.

They have been through enough trying to conceive this sweet girl, I can only imagine how overwhelming these health complications and the thought of an early baby must be for them.

As most of you know Tyler & I lost our mom in 2020 and she was the only family that we had, now it’s just the two of us. Airiel’s family lives out of state so they don’t have anyone else to turn to for help in a situation like this.

This will go toward their monthly bills during their time off work as well as helping to get everything they need for their baby girl and some of the medical expenses Airiel and the baby will have.
