Hi, my name is Tracie, and I’m reaching out for help for my 19-year-old daughter, Tyla.
What started as severe abdominal swelling and pain turned into something much bigger than we ever expected. After multiple tests and scans, doctors discovered a massive ovarian cyst measuring over 16 x 28 x 31 cm. Because of the size and complications, Tyla now faces a major surgery that will require an incision from her breastbone area down to her lower pelvic area.
This is not a simple procedure. Her recovery is expected to take 6–8 weeks, and during that time she will need constant help and care at home.
As her mother, there is no way I can leave her to go through this alone. I will need to take time off work to care for her during recovery, attend appointments, help with mobility, medications, meals, and daily needs. Unfortunately, while life stops for emergencies like this, bills do not.
Her surgery is June 1, 2026.
We are asking for help with:
Rent and utilities
Groceries and household essentials
Gas and transportation to appointments
Medical-related expenses
Lost income during recovery
Tyla is only 19 years old and should be worrying about building her future — not facing a surgery this large and life-disrupting. She’s trying to stay strong through the fear and uncertainty, and I’m doing everything I can to stay strong for her too.
If you can donate, share, or even say a prayer for Tyla, it would mean more to us than words can express. Every single bit of support helps lighten the weight we’re carrying right now.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for helping my daughter heal.
— Tracie & Tyla ❤️
