Help Tyla Heal

A mother’s story: My daughter came into this world a little fighter! As a child she was always exploring, being the tomboy that she was.... coming home full of mud, cheeks rosy & pigtails all over the place. Tyla played hard and was close to all of her siblings. At 10 years old, Tyla lost her sister Tasha. This was a difficult time for our whole family, but Tyla began to shut her feelings off. I tried my hardest to help her, but some of us don’t fully recover. Tyla graduated and met a young man and began to move forward. She gave birth to my first grandson & life was looking brighter. Eight months later, Tyla lost another loved one that was very close to her heart. This tragedy caused Tyla to shut down even more. My daughter was in a car accident after this and began taking opiates, prescribed by her physician. I was told years later, that the brain doesn’t know the difference between a broken leg, or a broken heart. My daughter’s heart was broken and the opiates made it feel better. Years later, she now wants to give up on life. I found out recently, that she has attempted to end her own life, on several occasions, as she feels desperate and destitute. My heart is broken for my daughter. Tyla wants to go to treatment so badly, but it is very expensive & out of reach. We have searched & searched for an affordable treatment program, but unless you are very low income, there is no funding. She needs to go to treatment to get off the opiates and heal from all of her pain & get help with her mental health. Anyone that knows me, knows that I don’t like to broadcast our families personal troubles, but I am afraid that we may lose Tyla & that thought terrifies me - so here I am. I have never asked for help in my life - but to my dear friends & family - WE NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE. If you can help us, we would be forever grateful. We need to have our Tyla back. Her son needs her. I need her. Her family needs her. I just cannot lose another child. Thank you for hearing my story. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
