Todd’s Welfare Society exists for one reason: to rescue, shelter, and protect animals who have been abandoned, abused, or left with nowhere else to go. Every animal in our care depends on us completely—for food, shelter, medical treatment, and safety.

Right now, we need your help, as we have struggled to make ends meet over the past few months. We do not raise enough to cope with the sheer volume of our lifesaving work. Rising veterinary bills, food costs, rent, utilities, and emergency care have pushed us beyond what we can manage on our own.

One of the animals you would be helping is Leto. Leto was a victim of a hit and run, leaving him with life-threatening injuries. When he came to us, he needed urgent medical care, ongoing treatment, and a safe place to heal. Today, Leto is alive, safe, at our sanctuary—but his survival came at a high cost, and his care is still ongoing.

Many of the animals we rescue arrive broken, injured, and terrified—but we refuse to turn them away. Cats such as Pebble, who is currently undergoing treatment at our clinic.

We are urgently trying to raise £10,000 to cover:

Outstanding veterinary bills

Food and daily care for rescued animals

Shelter rent and utilities

Emergency and medical expenses

Staff wages

The animals in our care did not choose their circumstances—but we are choosing to fight for them. We are asking for your help, so they don’t pay the price for a financial situation we are struggling to overcome.

Every donation—no matter how small—helps reduce our debt and keeps our doors open. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser so it reaches someone who can.

Thank you for standing with Todd’s Welfare Society during this critical moment. Your kindness could be the reason a rescued animal stays safe, fed, and alive.

My name is Romana Bhatti, and I am the Vice Chair of Todd’s Welfare Society (TWS), a registered non-profit organisation founded in Lahore, Pakistan, in 2016. I am currently based in the U.K., where I raise funds to support our rescue work in Pakistan.

We receive no government funding whatsoever and rely entirely on donations from our supporters. We are officially audited, and our financial statements are available on our website or upon request.
