Hi there!! I'm Forrest, a 26-year-old trans woman trying to escape Florida to live with my girlfriend, Melody, also 26 and trans, in Seattle. Red states like this one, as you likely know, are not very condusive to living life as ourselves. Additionally, the area is largely hostile to my physical health and well-being.

Neither I nor my girlfriend, Melody, feel safe where we live. We're both trans, and we're looking to move to a sanctuary state in order to feel safe and secure in our lives, and we need whatever we can get to make that happen. We've got an opportunity to move out there as soon as October, but as it stands right now, we need more than what either of us currently make at our jobs as-is to make it there, let alone to survive. We need enough to cover the move, and likely enough to get us through at least a month or two of rent until we can find jobs there that work. It takes a lot to move cross-country like this, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
