We are two moms who just started our mini pancake business a little over 2 weeks ago. On Tuesday July 22nd we had been popped up in the parking lot that we are usually at most of the time when a traumatic event took place and almost took our lives and damaged a lot of the things that we have worked very hard for and have put all of our money into. Kristine was hit by a random lady in a van while walking to deliver pancakes to the salon across the parking lot. The lady then proceeded to go around and then chase us down and ran through our tent with her van and then swung around my car that was parked right next to the tent with my children in it. After going back down into the parking lot she barely missed the lash tech that works at the salon before wrecking into a building. A lot of things could have went differently that day and we are just grateful to be alive. This has been a set back for us and just taken a toll on us mentally, physically and financially! Kristine is recovery slowly. This is our full time job and only source of income. Missing work and not being able to be out there and visibly seen has put a set back on us financially. We aren’t looking for a large amount of money in any way even just prayers and kind words are enough. We just want to get back to what we have worked hard for and love doing!
