We are Ray and Ledn two Middle Eastern LGBT female lovers , a friend recommended for us to make this fundraiser account because we need financial support and it is the safest way for us to earn this help without getting hurt or facing anymore safety issues.
We are facing hard times and suffering because of our sexual orientation. Our families and culture does not accept us. Ledn’s family knew about us and she’s being discriminated against and treated badly everyday. but that is not all, things are getting worse! We actually started to feel unsafe and scared from the way that they’re treating her.
Our health started to get badly effected physically and psychologically and we cant take it anymore, we’re stressed,scared and paranoid everyday that things might actually go in the worst way they could because being gay in middle east can cause you losing your own life! In any moment the family can turn on you and decide that you don’t deserve to live because you’re a disgrace and being afraid of this happening is eating us alive, it’s so hard living with people who might do that to you in any moment. We are so tired of being so scared.
So we decided to escape and seek for asylum in a country that will offer us the right of living the safe life we deserve with peace and no discrimination of our love, but to do so we need your help because we are financially not stable and we cannot ask any of our relatives for this kind of help because they will not support us in fact they will only make things worse and harder.
We have reached for rainbow refugee and rainbow railroad and they both can’t help us while we still are in our origin country that’s why escaping is the best way for now and we have reached for a lawyer to help us with advices and he will help us seek asylum so we will use the fundings for our escaping and asylum costs.
