Help two local young farmers replace their stolen trailer

Thomas and Ben are local young farmers just trying to start out in agriculture and have a small flock of sheep and a herd of 4 cows and a few poultry, we rent land in and around ombersley, Uphampton, Bromsgrove, chadderdly and Dodford to ensure enough rotation of grazing for all of our animals.

devastatingly on the morning of Saturday 11th May we arrived at where we store our 12ft ifor williams livestock trailer to note it had been stolen and the thieves had cut through fencing in the field to avaid cameras and going through and down foot paths to get a quick exit and away with our trailer.

Unfortunately we had a trailer that we couldn’t get insured due to the repaired drawbar work and this making it not insurance as not having the original drawbar/seriel number and also financially now the implications we are unable to just go out and purchase a new trailer,

we are devedtsted at the debilitating effects this has now on not being able to move our livestock efficiently when they require fresh rotation for ewes and lambs at foot and the cows also.

we didn’t know if to do a gofundme or not but arnt expecting anything significant to be raised but to just see even if anything towards a goal of getting towards a new trailer would be of huge help and gratitude.
