Tuesday 17 February 2026 we will gather to remember and honour the life of Ineza, much loved daughter of Thomas and Denyse and wonderful big sister to Itahe. 

Ineza was born on the 30th of August, 2022 at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Brisbane. Thomas and Denyse said she was a perfect baby — born with all her hair, alert and strong from the very beginning, full of curiosity and ready to take in everything around her. She was busy, active, and determined — a little soul who seemed to meet life with wide-open eyes.

Ineza loved people. She thrived at daycare, made friends easily, and seemed to draw people to her naturally — everyone wanted to play with her. There was something about her spirit that invited connection, joy, and laughter.

Ineza was a joyful little girl, full of energy and full of life — a child who felt every emotion deeply and honestly. Bright. Beautiful. Spirited. 

We will always remember Ineza — Inni — not only for the heartbreak of her passing, but for the light she brought into the lives of her parents, her sister, her family, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. 

 Her life, though far too short, was full — full of love, laughter, movement, music, wonder, and warmth. And she will be so very, very missed.
