We are aware that everyone works hard to survive, we're all in the same boat. We've always been very uneasy about asking others for help but, we are left with no other choice. With the help and generosity of Grace Church, we organized and hosted our father the most beautiful service on May 7, 2017. Our father was sick with mental illness for a very long time and suffered on a daily basis, during the past 5-6 years this man who had been such a hard and dedicated worker all his life found himself with nothing, living in a special care home. Even during these years he would have given the shirt off his back to anyone. Many times when his illness at its worst, everyone else's wellbeing was what mattered to him and he always wanted to give. He was a very generous and always wanted to offer his helping hands. He loved us, his two girls and two grandchildren so much that it just kept him going until he was much too tired and sick to continue living like this. He tried many methods of treatments throughout the years which kept him stable but, since February, he tried so hard to be admitted in the hospital but, they denied him. Although, we have to accept that our father is gone, we're very angry because the mental health system failed him, like they fail many others with mental illnesses. If anyone can help us raise some funds to give my father a special comfortable resting place, even if you can't offer much, every dollar counts. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
